Bryn rides shotgun at 52 Media Inc., taking all projects from development to delivery and beyond.
After escaping York University, Bryn learned the ropes at PTV Productions as their in-house production manager on a variety of television programs – mainly one-off documentaries (NOTMAN’S CANADA, ORIGINAL KIN), but also some children’s animation (GRANDPA’s GARDEN).
Bryn has done time at several of Toronto’s production houses managing television series (BIRTH DAYS, CANADIAN PICKERS, ZERO HOUR), before production managing Sturla Gunnarsson’s AIR INDIA 182 for 52 Media Inc. Since her desk is but one block from her front door, Bryn’s desire to maintain the world’s shortest commute time has forced her to make herself indispensible to 52 Media.
Since 2007, Bryn has produced four seasons of the award-winning series WAR STORY for History Television, the Genie nominated WIEBO’s WAR for the National Film Board, found herself in eastern Africa filming Mountain Gorillas for GORILLA DOCTORS (CBC Nature of Things) and sending crews to film all over this big planet.
For fun she likes to teach young people the joys of managing documentary productions for the Documentary Filmmaking Institute @ Seneca College.
